“A Life Transformed”

Linda McHale of McOrganized has changed my life. Before I met Linda I was unable to face the clutter in my house. Every closet in every room was jammed. The kitchen cabinets were a mess also. I kept putting it off saying I would eventually get to it. It was like a huge weight on my shoulders. I found that most of my day was spent doing the regular household chores of laundry, dishes, cleaning, cooking etc and there was not enough time to focus on the stuff I had jammed into the closets so that my house "looked" neat. I finally contacted Linda and made my first appointment. I was not looking forward to it.

During her first visit, we tackled my daughter's room. We created a system for her clothes, shoes, toys, stuffed animals-everything! Every draw is labeled, and the closet is neat and organized. We have a spot for outgrown clothes, and off season clothes. I must say, that before I knew it, 4 hours had gone by and my daughter's room was transformed! I felt such a sense of accomplishment. Instead of the dread I used to feel, I now enjoy putting laundry away in her room. It is also much easier for her to get dressed in the morning.

Together, Linda and I have tackled almost every room in the house. I cannot begin to express how empowering this experience has been. I feel like a new person, no longer weighed down by the clutter that had consumed my life. She has taught me how to think differently and stay disciplined in my everyday life. She is truly a remarkable person that I feel lucky to have met.

I now look forward to our visits, because I know the end result is so worth it!

“An Organizing Mary Poppins”

What a blessing Linda McHale has been to this home. I had struggled for years to make my way through boxes of papers that had amassed in our house as a result of moving my office into the home, four children, and moves in and out of the country. The piles looked like mountains, and each time I’d start to divide and conquer, the mountains seemed to multiply.

In her quiet but effective and efficient way, Linda McHale has turned my garbage-dump-of-an-office into a haven. She quickly developed a strategy for organizing the piles upon piles of boxes, old Christmas gifts, files and photos. Consistent, yet flexible, she carefully separated the wheat from the chaff, the jewels from the junk. Linda is a bit of a Mary Poppins, as she made clean-up fun and the organization logical and easy to maintain. And she sees each project, large or small, through to completion. I recommend her wholeheartedly. What a blessing she has been.

"A Plan to Tackle My Clutter"

I used to open the kitchen cabinet over my desk and be bombarded by clutter falling on my head! I couldn't find what I needed, when I needed it (example: phone numbers, take-out menus, cell phone chargers etc.) The frustration due to my lack of organization was adversely affecting my whole life: I'd lose my keys, misplace important forms with deadlines to fill out, party invitations and RSVPs would get lost into a black hole, and I was stressed! Not only did I need to get organized to save my sanity, but I wanted to set a better example for my children, who were beginning to pick up on my bad habits.

So, I made a decision to hire a professional organizer. My husband groaned, but reluctantly agreed. Linda came to my home, and after a brief consultation, she came up with a plan to tackle my clutter. We worked together for just a few hours, and believe it or not, she actually made it a fun experience!

In just two short sessions of working with Linda, my life has become totally energized! She helped me get control of the overwhelming paper clutter that was invading my kitchen, and motivated me to make this a life-long habit. I took her many suggestions and applied them to other areas of my home and my life. I can now happily report that I can always find my keys, and now everything has a home. I'm even saving money, because she set up a system to return library books and DVDs on time, and use coupons before they expire. There's a flow to my life that was sorely missing before. I now whip through my morning routine with minimal stress. Who would've thought that throwing away stuff, and rearranging what remained could bring me so much peace of mind? But she made it very easy. Now, even my husband agrees that hiring McOrganized! was one of the best monetary investments I've ever made, and I've been passing on the message ever since!
