"Removing the clutter from your space creates room for new opportunities in your life. Its not about organizing perfection, but about creating a more efficient and nurturing space." Linda McHale, McOrganized President |
Meet the OrganizerThe Organization GameLinda McHale began her work as an organizing consultant in 2003. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), and the New Jersey Association of Women's Business Owners (NJAWBO). In 2004, Linda partnered with California Closets to launch their Professional Organizing program, helping their customers to "Simplify Home & Life." Past ExperiencePrior to her work as an organizing consultant, Linda spent over ten successful years in advertising sales and management, winning numerous internal and industry-wide awards. She is a graduate of The College of William & Mary, in Williamsburg, Virginia. Why Organizing? After the birth of her second child, Linda made a conscious decision to pursue a new career path. How could she apply the listening and problem solving skills honed through a decade of sales experience, but in a more direct and concrete way? Professional organizing not only allows her to listen to her clients' needs and design effective solutions, but also to immediately see the value she can bring to their work and lives. Efficient and compassionate by nature, with a background in coaching and motivating people, she finds helping clients improve their space and their lives to be tremendously fulfilling. For FunIn addition to being a wife and mother of two school-aged children, Linda enjoys jogging, yoga, skiing, and reading. She is an active member of her local community and her church. And yes, her house is sometimes a disaster, too. Nothing can keep entropy [and two kids] from trashing your space every once in a while. Great systems allow you to pull that space back together quickly with maximum efficiency and minimal stress. The goal is not spit-shined perfection, but rather a more effortless and enjoyable life. The time you put into organizing on the front-end, will pay you back ten-fold with increased efficiency, less stress, a sense of control, and more time to spend on what's important to you! |
