This client wanted nothing more than to be able to cook in her kitchen once again. The progress that you see here was made in just under an hour. First we determined what, specifically, this area of the kitchen would (and would not!) be used for. Then we found a permanent home for all those items that were cluttering her beautiful granite countertops. While digging through a pile of old junk mail, my client came across her favorite, long-missing Kenny Chesney CD. She was thrilled to have him back in her life, and we gave "him" a special spot on the counter (on top of the black organizer), where he smiles at her while she cooks dinner once again!

EVIL NEMESIS

This client's hallway linen closet had become her 'evil nemesis.' It was overstuffed, chaotic, and barely functional. In just one afternoon, we sorted, purged, and containerized into labeled baskets. The client's sense of relief at the end of the day was palpable, and she wondered why she hadn't done it sooner. And when her husband came home, he was in complete shock!

This home office for a family of five had become a 'dumping ground.' It was cluttered with several years worth of non-office stuff, which was never assigned a home. In just four short hours of sorting, purging, and organizing, this became a dedicated space for bill paying, homework, and computer usage. Best of all, the client no longer avoids this room, but feels it inspires her to do her work.

CLARKIE KENT, MILD MANNERED SUPERMOM

This client had been a mild-mannered reporter for over a decade, for such prestigious publications as The Christian Science Montior, The Boston Globe, and The New York Times. She'd written over 600 articles, all of which were filed away in boxes, and moved several times, including overseas and back. One day Clarkie walked into a phone booth, and the next thing she knew, she had several children, and had morphed into Supermom. But the thought of all her articles, disintegrating & yellowing in boxes, from her "former life," was making her feel unsettled. Clarkie wanted to honor all her hard work, and save them in a more meaningful way. So she called McOrganized to the rescue! Through a process of sorting, labeling, mounting, & securing the articles into beautiful leather-bound albums, we were able to preserve them for decades to come. And now Clarkie can relax - at least where her precious articles are concerned. As for her on-going role as Supermom, well, we all know that's a different story . . .

This client was FED UP. Mornings with her young daughter had become quite unpleasant, as trying to get her dressed for school each day had become more and more time consuming. The closet and drawers were packed with clothes that ranged from her daughter's current size, to several sizes too small. and neither Mother nor Daughter could quickly find a matching outfit each day. As you can imagine, this led to a lot of stress, finger-pointing, and caused them to be late nearly every day. Not fun. However, after only 4 hours, this daughter's room was completely transformed! 5+ bags of clothes were hauled out, and passed along to a younger cousin. Now, mornings go much more smoothly, and mother and daughter have much less stress in their morning routine. They love each other, and they love their clutter-free lifestyle!
