An organizing consultant, also known as a professional organizer, is someone who helps you conquer your clutter, as well as regain control of your space and your time. By providing information, motivation, customized systems, and hands-on assistance, a good organizing consultant will compassionately guide you toward a more productive, less stressful life.

It is important that you feel comfortable with your organizing consultant. Be sure to check references before you hire anyone, and make sure you feel like there is a 'fit' between you and your potential organizer.
